The unit cost is visible from **Billing > Balance**. Changing plans charges the full monthly price and automatically activates all modules included in the new plan. *** ## Frequently asked questions **Are unused SMS and WhatsApp carried over?** No. SMS/WhatsApp quotas are monthly and cannot be carried over to the following month. **Can I change plans mid-month?** Yes. The change takes effect immediately. A prorated amount may apply depending on your contract. **Can prices vary by country?** Yes.
